Stephen Kelley calls in to tell us a personal story.  A couple of neighbors threw down in such a horrible manner that infants would have made the incident look like an MMA cage fight.  Needless to say, they were drunk.  Suffice it to say that he's glad he's no longer attending UCM.

UCM Gen-Ed Requirements

There have been changes to the general education requirements, as outlined in this document.  According to Mitchell Brown:

• Faculty senate approved changes to science GenEds on February 22, 2012
• Required credits changed from 7 to 4.
• The new requirements went into effect in the Fall of 2013 (this semester)
• Somnath Sarkar, senate faculty member and chemistry professor, opposed the changes.
