Episode 70: 2014's Certified Clusterfucks

The Year Video Games Sucked?  Kotaku and Polygon have pieces talking about it.  It may have also been the year that Sony was hacked by a third world country.... or not.  Social media empires were wiped off the map for several months, CM Punk opened up about being forced to wrestle with a staph infection for three months, and Zoe Quinn uses the SLAPP (strategic lawsuit against public participation) strategy to violate the freedom of speech of her ex-boyfriend.

There's still some good things as noted by Common Sense Media.  We also had some scientific breakthroughs as well.

Though 2014 was a year of pain and transition, there were still some good points to it, which could lead to some interesting things this year.
